Aluminum Axle Housing

All Assembly items are the same as the normal axle, the only difference in the skid is for the opposite offset.

This instruction will cover the mods needed to the axle only.

M3 Tap

M2.0 or smaller drill bit

M2.5 drill bit

1-   Take a M2 drill bit and drill through from the back of the axle, the hole is tapered so it should self center. Drill through the last 3mm of the taped hole for the BTA mount.

2-   to not wipe out any of the M3 threads that are in that hole already. use a M2.5 and mark a 3mm depth to stop the drill. Drill from the front through the pilot hole that was done on step 1 previously.

3-   Use the M3 Tap to chase the original threads from the back of the axle. Then proceed to tap all the way through the axle housing.
